THIRD OCCASION CONTROL OVER TIMECLOCK MODIFICATIONS TO MOTION SENSING?

What I’m interested by is whether or not it’s possible to set off the enabling/disabling of an occupancy sensor from an external command. As in, use a separate system to activate motion sensing as a substitute of ready until the pre-set time. The instance is a house workplace where there’s occupancy sensors positioned such that they pretty accurately detect somebody using the space. No level in having the lights come on when it is broad daylight, because the room has good daytime lighting. That is good when you don’t want the sensor triggering something when there’s sufficient daylight. However should you set up timeclock events related to sunrise/sunset offsets you can’t activate the lighting management when it is overcast. It won’t fire because the timeclock event deactivated it. So I am wondering, wanting setting up an entire other timeclock mode (like House or Away) is it doable for a third party interface to tell the repeater to perform a timeclock occasion at a unique time? pir motion sensors can be totally not wanted if the Ra2 system supported the Lutron daylight sensors. Now, it may certainly be solved by just letting the sensors operate ‘on a regular basis’ and simply have their scenes fireplace events in an exterior automation system. This might work, however loses the standalone reliability, and some programming features, of using it utterly inside a Ra2 repeater. learn suppose it might be possible to arrange the same lighting scene on a phantom button and simply trigger that externally, but once more, it provides complexity and potential to decelerate motion-to-lighting response occasions. Attainable? Know to be not doable as a result of somebody has already requested it?
